Social Enterprises

The Healthy Communities Foundation Australia Ltd operates a number of social enterprise services.  Social enterprises generate revenue to fund the Foundation's charitable activities.  Every dollar returned from these ventures goes to supporting some of Australia's most vulnerable people in rural, remote and Aboriginal communities.  

 

The Foundation, through its social enterprises, can provide a range of high quality services based on more than 20 years successfully supporting numerous communities to sustain local health care and improve local health outcomes including:

  • practice management and improvement consulting services

  • Telehealth

  • application of remote monitoring in quality patient care

  • program and practice accreditation support

  • climate change mitigation strategies in health and social care

  • community health and development facilitation and planning

  • project management

  • service design and delivery

  • service reviews and evaluations

  • recruitment and retention advice

  • research support and community advisory
