General practice services are bulk billed for Medicare and DVA cardholders.Services not covered by Medicare or DVA, including Workers Compensation, insurance forms and medicals, are payable at the time of your appointment. Visiting specialists and allied health providers may also charge their own fees.Our reception team can provide more information before your appointment.

Home visits may be available for regular patients whose condition prevents them from attending the practice. We also provide regular nursing home visits.Please speak with our reception team to find out more.

Yes. If you're a regular patient and can't travel to the medical centre, a telehealth appointment may be available. Telehealth appointments are at your doctor's discretion, so please contact the practice to discuss whether telehealth is suitable for you.

No. My Care is a hybrid model, combining virtual care with regular face-to-face visits.Virtual care means residents and staff can access clinical support between onsite visits, while face-to-face care remains an important part of the model. The result is more consistent access to care rather than relying solely on when a clinician can physically be onsite.
