It's easy to say how great you are, but how can you prove it?
Well, we ask our staff what they think and they tell us. And what 96% of our staff told us is that were extremely happy or happy working with us.
Would you work for you?
Good question! It's one thing to like working with us, but would our staff recommend working with us to a member of their family or friend group?
Well, we asked our staff this too. And they like working with us so much, they actually encourage members of their family and their friends to apply for jobs with us. We have a Net Promoter Score of 72 out of 100, compared to a health sector average of 54.
