Differences Between Home Care and Virtual Care Services
While both HealthAccess Home Care and HealthAccess Virtual Care deliver high-quality services, there are key differences:

-
Home Care: Delivered directly to patients, with funding support from primary health networks (PHNs), NGOs or other agencies.
-
Virtual Care: Delivered to institutions where the primary therapeutic relationship remains with the institution, and HealthAccess supports that relationship.
Residential Aged Care
HealthAccess Home Care supports residential aged care facilities across Australia. We help minimise preventable illnesses, unnecessary transfers, and avoidable hospitalisations—ensuring 24/7 care when your regular GP is unavailable.

Our experienced GPs and Nurse Practitioners use telehealth consultations to support residents and staff. We offer a hybrid model combining on-site visits with virtual care, ensuring continuity of care and building trust for better health outcomes

In-Home & After-Hours
Our HealthAccess Virtual Care service provides a dedicated after-hours and in-home GP helpline, ensuring your patients receive care when they need it.
